Window replacement across the City of Casey.
From Endeavour Hills in the north-west across to Clyde North and Officer in the south-east. Older 70s-80s estates with end-of-life aluminium and steel-frame windows, 90s-2000s brick-veneer stock with chalky single-glaze frames, and brand-new estates upgrading to bigger sliders and bifolds - we cover the lot.
Suburbs we cover.
Featured suburb pages.
Per-suburb guides - typical housing age, common window stock, what we usually spec.
Other City of Casey suburbs we cover.
Three eras, three window conversations.
1970s-80s stock (Endeavour Hills, Hampton Park, older Cranbourne, Doveton): steel-frame casements and first-gen aluminium, both at end of working life. Full frame replacement, aluminium swap-in, double-glaze upgrade highly recommended for comfort and condensation.
1990s-2000s stock (Berwick Springs, Narre Warren, Cranbourne West, most of Hampton Park infill): builder-spec single-glaze aluminium hitting its 25-35 year mark. Powder coat chalky, rubber seals failed, sliders worn. Full re-window jobs - 12-15 windows over 2-4 days - the standard City of Casey job.
2010s-current stock (Edenrise, Clyde North, Cranbourne East, Officer, Berwick Waters): builder-spec windows are fine. Owners call us for upsizing - 2.4m rear sliders to 3.6m or 4.2m stackers, bifolds, additional kitchen-side awnings for cross-ventilation.
AS 2047 and energy compliance.
- AS 2047: Australian Standard for residential windows - wind load, water tightness, glass safety, operating force. Every window we install is stamped compliant.
- NCC 2022 / 2025 energy provisions: apply to new builds and major alterations. Like-for-like replacement in an existing house generally doesn’t trigger a new energy report.
- WERS energy ratings: U-value and SHGC labels on the windows you choose - we provide these for any job that needs them.
- Glass safety (AS 1288): windows below 500mm above floor level, near doors, or in wet areas must be Grade A safety glass - standard inclusion on all our work.
